Key Responsibilities Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies

Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population

In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program

Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated

Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines

Qualifications Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program

S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agency
