Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory analyses in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology following established guidelines.
Evaluate results for correctness, identify issues, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Thoroughly document all procedures, train new team members or students, and maintain lab quality standards.
Ensure a pristine and safe operational environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail, especially towards quality control and documentation processes.
