Human Resources Coordinator About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain exposure to multiple areas of human resources, including employee relations, HR operations, talent administration, employee engagement, and learning & development.In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner team, assist with HR processes and documentation, and help coordinate company-wide employee programs and events. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong desire to build a long-term career in Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration & Employee SupportServe as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions and inquiries, providing guidance or directing employees to the appropriate resources.Support the HR Business Partner team with day-to-day administrative activities.Assist with employee communications and ensure timely follow-up on HR requests.Maintain accurate HR records and support ongoing HR operations.HR Systems & Data ManagementEnter and update employee information within HR systems.Support the creation and maintenance of HR documentation and workflows.Track, organize, and maintain employment agreements, severance agreements, and related HR records.Document Management & Process ImprovementOrganize and maintain digital employee documentation within SharePoint and other internal systems.Track document status, renewal dates, approvals, and compliance-related deadlines.Support HR projects focused on process improvements, document organization, and records management.Assist in maintaining performance management documentation and employee files.Employee Engagement & Learning SupportAssist with planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, volunteer events, and company-sponsored activities.Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional events.Help develop HR resources such as FAQs, process guides, training materials, and job aids.
