A leading specialty contractor focused on drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and interior finishing systems. Known for its commitment to quality, safety, and client service, Wallworks partners with top general contractors and developers to deliver complex commercial, healthcare, education, laboratory, multifamily, and institutional projects throughout the region.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the Property industry.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine costs.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting.
Provide input on project schedules and timelines based on cost analysis.
Maintain up-to-date records of estimates and project budgets.
Communicate effectively with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing information.
Support the Construction department in decision-making with precise data and analysis.

Direct estimating experience within commercial carpentry/interiors construction
Division 05400-COLD FORM METAL FRAMING
Commercial drywall
Commercial ceilings
Framing
Hands-on experience with estimating software such as OST/Quick Bid, BuzzBid, or similar
Commercial construction estimating background is required
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in an industry-related field, such as construction management or building science preferred
Ability to work 100% onsite, Monday-Friday (no hybrid or remote)
