Travel RN Home Health Care

Role Overview:
The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings and specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, ER, OR, L&D, NICU, Pediatrics, Telemetry, Cardiac Care, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Dialysis, Home Health, and Long-Term Care.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health conditions, documenting clinical observations.

Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Monitor medical equipment for proper functioning during patient care.

Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and recovery processes.

Respond effectively to patient needs and emergencies following established protocols.

Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Active RN license.

Experience in hospital, clinical, or specialty nursing preferred.

Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and patient populations.
