Human Resources Generalist (Flexible Hours)

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!
At Rehabilitation Hospital of Southern New Mexico, we are more than a hospital—we are a community of caregivers driven by purpose, compassion, and a shared mission to help patients regain independence after life-changing illness or injury.

Minimum three (3) years Human Resources experience required
Associate degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
Working knowledge of Human Resources, State and Federal laws required; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer
Knowledge of principles for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
MS Office skills required, especially Outlook, Excel,
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Ability to maintain quality and safety
This role provides overall support to the department of Human Resources consistent with policy and procedures.
