Travel Physical Therapist / PT / Therapy

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Russellville, Arkansas.

Provide home health physical therapy services, including patient evaluations, development of PT plans of care, and documentation per state and agency guidelines.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to implement PT plans of care.

May supervise home health aides and PTAs when allowed by state regulation.

Maintain schedule flexibility and availability during weekends and holidays as needed.

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.

Active Arkansas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.

Home health and OASIS experience required.

Ability to travel within the agency service area covering parts of Johnson, Logan, Yell, and Pope counties; Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop PT plans of care, and document per state and agency guidelines.

Ability to participate in schedule flexibility, including weekend rotation and potential holiday availability as needed.

Experience with HCHB (home health software).

Previous supervision experience of home health aides or PTAs preferred when allowed by state regulation.

Shift hours: 2000-0400.

Coverage area includes Russellville and parts of Johnson, Logan, Yell, and Pope counties.
