The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's technology strategy and leadership. This hands-on executive will also be tasked with establishing and maintaining clear technology governance, decision frameworks, and standards, as well as building and mentoring high-performing teams across IT, security, and business platforms. In a SaaS environment, the CIO will ensure operational excellence and reliability, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead the company's security program, including cybersecurity risk management and compliance with relevant frameworks.

Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive IT leadership experience, with a proven track record in a SaaS/cloud-first environment. The role requires deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, and security, and experience in standardizing platforms in hybrid environments.
