We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. This plays a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of Cemex products, ensuring efficient and timely service to our customers.

Coordinate with production and yard personnel to schedule deliveries, factoring in truck capacity, delivery distances, and unloading times.

Customer Service Collaboration: Work closely with customer service representatives to optimize delivery schedules.

Driver Assignment: Assign drivers for concrete product deliveries and generate sales reports.

Quality Assurance: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly address any service quality issues.

Internal Relationship Building: Cultivate internal relationships to understand and fulfill customer needs.

Process Improvement: Recommend procedural enhancements to improve customer service.

Documentation Management: Generate and manage invoices, delivery tickets, and shipping documents.

High School Diploma.

Safety First: Wearing protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols is a must.
