LPN School Substitutes

Salary: $27.710 per hour
Length of Work Year: Substitutes work on an on-call basis
MUSD will automatically email identified references upon submission of the application. All applicants are encouraged to notify their references prior to submitting their application. Please note that CalPERS Retired Annuitants are not eligible for substitute positions
Depending on the substitute position, there may be testing and/or training required.
Fingerprint clearance (to be completed through the MUSD Personnel office). All selected candidates will be emailed fingerprinting details and specific information in an orientation packet. This will be emailed after the testing/selection process.
We can accept a skin test, chest X-ray, Risk Assessment or blood test to fulfill this requirement.
All new hires will be required to complete Keenan Online training based on the position.
Current LVN License
CPR & First Aid certification or BLS (see note below)
CPR and First Aid courses must be in accordance with the curriculum of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. No online only certifications.

All applications are reviewed and it is not necessary for applicants to contact us to review their application. Due to the large number of applications we receive, our office will only contact those applicants who are selected for testing. If selected, applicant must check their email the day before testing to ensure no changes have occurred. Please check your spam settings on your e-mail account to avoid missing these notifications.
