We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Join our team and make a great hourly wage, while being a key part of delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, working with various reservation systems
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Assist with special events or large parties as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with to go orders

Requirements
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus
Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
Proficient using guest waitlist and other reservation system technologies
Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Daytime and weekend availability

Salary Description

$15 - $17 per hour
