RPI Consultants seeks an Infor Program Manager with extensive experience managing full cycle Infor ERP implementations. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of Infor FSM, HCM, WFM and XM systems across client organizations . This position leverages business strategy, technology, and change management to ensure implementation initiatives align with corporate goals and deliver measurable business value.
Manage Project Portfolio : Oversee multiple related projects, understand interdependencies, assist with project prioritization and connect dots.
Establish governance frameworks, steering committee processes, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Budget & Resource Management : Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes, including vendor negotiations.
foster and manage collaboration and knowledge sharing
Risk & Change Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems
report progress, issues, and risks to senior management
10+ years in full cycle Infor implementations , with proven success in large-scale projects
~ Proficiency with Project Management Software tools
