2nd Shift 3:30p-2a Mon-Thu
We are seeking dedicated general production workers for various roles within our manufacturing facility.
Prepare packages of parts for production by locating raw materials and verifying supplies listed on production orders.
Produce end cap subassemblies using individual parts.
Wash parts to prepare materials for production and store them appropriately.
Assist with inventory management and receiving procedures, notifying supervisors of any shortages.
Stack tubes and fins to match production order requirements and measure fin quality and specifications.
Prepare coils for brazing furnace by banding coils and ensuring fins are secure and flush.
Install test fittings and perform pressure testing on coils, recording results and noting leaks.
Follow safety rules at all times and work efficiently to meet customer and company expectations.
2+ years of general labor experience.

• 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience (certification provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Experience in shipping, packaging, assembly, and machine operating.

We offer competitive shift premiums and the benefit of getting paid for 40 hours while working only 36 hours on weekend shifts. The work environment is a manufacturing setting where continuous standing, squatting, bending, pulling, and lifting are required throughout the workday. Shifts are available Monday through Thursday, with weekend shifts also available. The facility is relatively clean for a coil/heat exchanger manufacturer, though it can be hot in the summer and cool in the winter. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of YORK, PA.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
