Hotel Security Officers

We’re seeking a professional, observant, and customer-focused Security Officer to join our DYNAMIC TEAM. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, associates, and hotel property while providing exceptional service.
Schedule: Part-Time | Overnight | 10:30 PM–6:30 AM | Friday & Saturday
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Security Officer → Security Supervisor → Security Manager → Director of Security
Our Management Development Program (MDP) helps develop top talent into tomorrow’s leaders, with opportunities to advance into management in less than one year for high‑performing associates.
Monitor hotel activity and help deter theft, vandalism, and other security concerns.
Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the hotel and property.
Monitor video surveillance and identify unusual or suspicious activity.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
Maintain accurate and detailed security, incident, and investigation records.
Support hotel management with security, loss prevention, key control, fire safety, and workplace safety procedures.
Work closely with hotel leadership and department heads to promote a safe, secure, and positive environment.
Assist with emergency procedures and ensure security and safety equipment is properly maintained and utilized.
Follow established procedures for cash handling, key control, chemical safety, employee safety, and other areas of loss prevention.
Previous security experience in a hotel, hospitality, or similar environment preferred.
Current security officer registration/license as required by local regulations.
Strong observation, surveillance, critical-thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of applicable security, public safety, and emergency procedures.
First Aid/BLS and self‑defense training preferred.
Reliable and comfortable working overnight shifts.
