We have 3 openings for Part-Time | Non – Certified Nurse Aide NCNA Schedule: Positions include every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts: 3:00 p.m. – Pay Range: $15-21/hou r *Same Day Pay Available*

Join our compassionate care team as a Part-Time Non-Certified Nurse Aide (NCNA), where your work truly makes a difference in the lives of our residents every day. In this hands-on non-certified Nurse Aide role, you’ll support individuals with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and comfort, while closely following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll play a vital role in promoting a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards, all while treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

• Provide hands-on care to residents in accordance with approved care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal care, and comfort measures
• Follow infection control standards and safety protocols at all times
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure quality, person-centered care
• Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios

Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations

• Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)

Previous caregiving experience in senior living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting
