Job Summary It is the primary responsibility of the custodian to maintain the cleanliness & upkeep of the internal & external Allegiant Stadium property. To include but not limited to, operating floorcare equipment, cleaning escalators, elevators, windows/glass, floors, walls, offices, restrooms & bio-hazard spills. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
Essential Functions Maintains the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the stadium, public areas, office and other required areas
Keeps assigned areas maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures
Keeps all equipment properly maintained, clean, and free of marks
Reports emergencies and maintenance needs, lights out to manager & or dispatch
Submits a list to the Supervisor, as needed, of custodial supplies, equipment and tools necessary to clean the building
Work indoors and outdoors and be exposed to environmental factors such as excessive noise, seasonal heat and cold, hard to reach and unclean work areas, and hazardous material and equipment
Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision
Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, with the ability to work in cooperation with others
Professional appearance and demeanor, able to follow uniform policy at all times
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
High School diploma or equivalent
