As a Technical Recruiter at Hellbender, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for all open roles. This role will partner with hiring managers and engineering leadership to develop job descriptions and actively source for new candidates. The selected candidate will help build a scalable recruiting process for a fast-growing organization.

Essential duties and responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting for open roles, coordinating with the hiring manager to create job descriptions that meet the hiring needs of the company, maintaining company job description database, familiarity with technical concepts and terminology, collaborating with the technical staff and other internal departments to identify qualified candidates, coordinating interview schedules with appropriate team members, advertising job openings on social media and job boards, sourcing candidates through local and national professional networks, interviewing candidates (via phone, video and/or in-person), collecting candidate references, managing internship program, coordinating and participating in job fairs and networking events, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and programs across recruiting, working with outside recruiters for select technical positions, knowledge of compensation specific to technical roles, answering questions regarding compensation and benefits, and participating in the job offer process.

Qualifications, skills, and attributes include familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, experience with candidate sourcing techniques, absolute discreetness due to the nature of the work, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, proficiency in MicroSoft suite, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, ability and willingness to learn quickly and be self-motivated, willingness to undergo and be able to pass a complete background check, Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational behavior preferred, 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting role, and U.Benefits include 401(k), 5% Safe Harbor Contribution to 401k by Hellbender, 100% of Health, Dental, and Vision insurance premiums for employees and their families paid by Hellbender, 5 weeks total Paid time off, hybrid work environment & flexible work schedule.
