The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina area. This position supports the sales team by managing daily administrative tasks, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Sales Coordinator will assist with customer inquiries, coordinate follow-up communications, schedule meetings and site visits, and help organize sales events and promotional activities. The role includes collaborating with operations and marketing to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and consistent, high-quality customer experiences. This individual will also help track performance metrics, manage CRM data, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen sales efficiency.

Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support sales processes, documentation, and reporting.

Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and support revenue growth.

Proficiency with CRM systems, office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software), and basic data analysis.

High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
