Helen Catholic School in Fort Lauderdale (Broward County), Florida has an opening for a qualified and dynamic full-time Teacher Assistant for the 2026-27 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, and work collaboratively as part of a team. The candidate performs all duties in alignment with the mission, vision, and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Salary will vary based on education and years of experience.

Minimum of a high school diploma or associated degree; Bachelor’s in education preferred.

Apple and technology skills needed with digital books and interactive classroom technology, as well as the ability to integrate technology into the subjects.

Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; Proficiency in Google apps.

Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including clear speaking voice.

Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.

Knowledge of basic tenets of Catholic Church.
