The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting and hiring process and ensuring a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for new employees. This role focuses on attracting top talent, coordinating hiring activities, and helping new hires successfully integrate into the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the end-to-end employee experience, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and high-quality journey from first interaction through long-term retention.
Recruitment & Hiring

Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process)
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, and networking
Coordinate candidate logistics, including booking travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) for interviews, as needed
Prepare offer letters, agreements, and new hire documentation
Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process
Track and report recruitment metrics
Create, coordinate, and execute onboarding processes that ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared
Partner with Leaders to create onboarding plans and training schedules
Coordinate new hire logistics, including booking travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) for onboarding and training as needed
Serve as primary point of contact and maintain positive and informative communication with new hires between offer acceptance and start date
Facilitate new hire orientation and company introductions
Serve as a key driver of Buechel Stone Corp's Clear Career Navigator process, partnering with Leaders to ensure a structured and consistent new hire experience through the first 90-days and beyond.
Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve processes and identify new hire experience factors that impact employee retention
Process Improvement & Compliance

Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS
Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes comply with labor laws and company policies
Identify opportunities to improve hiring and onboarding efficiency
Support employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of hiring practices and onboarding processes
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing
Relationship building
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, On-Site, Office Setting
