Service and Emergency Apprentice Plumber

1 Tom Plumber is a professional, service-focused emergency drain clearing, water damage mitigation, and plumbing service company providing services to both commercial and residential properties.

Apprentice Plumbers/Helpers assist lead technicians in performing plumbing and drain-related tasks, including diagnosis, repair, and installations. This is a hands‑on role with a focus on learning, safety, and customer service.

Start time: 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday (Some overtime or weekend hours may occasionally be required)

Customer Support
Assist lead plumber on service calls and interact with customers professionally.
Help maintain a clean and respectful job site environment.

Support drain cleaning, plumbing repairs, and installations.
Handle tools and materials under the supervision of a licensed plumber.
Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and in executing solutions.

Administrative
Maintain tools and ensure truck inventory is stocked and organized.
Adhere to safety protocols and building codes under supervision.

Attend company meetings and training sessions regularly.
Participate in on-call rotation as required.
Minimum one (1) year experience in plumbing or drain-related work required
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
