Drafter & CAD Operator
The Opportunity:
Apply Solidworks Computer Aided Design ( CAD ) principles to support the design, analysis, manufacture, or maintenance of electro-mechanical systems. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance.
You Have:

• 3+ years of experience drafting or illustrating in the electronics field, including computerized drafting applications and digital imaging techniques
• Experience with Solidworks 3-D modeling sof tware and planning and preparing graphic presentations of complex items
• Ability to independently prepare sets of complex drawings and apply mathematical formulas
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
Experience with DoD processes and procedures
Possession of excellent creative problem-solving skills
Associate's degree in Drafting and Design
Solidworks 3D Experience Creator Certification
Solidworks Certified Model Based Design ( CSWP-MDB ) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
