Full-Time Host/HostessPosition Summary We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Responsibilities

Greet every guest warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable .

Maintain an organized waitlist and accurately communicate wait times.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

Answer phones, assist with reservations, and respond to guest inquiries professionally.

Coordinate seating with servers and management to maximize dining room efficiency.

Monitor table availability and ensure smooth table rotation.

Assist with large parties, special events, and guest accommodations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance.

Support the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

Previous host/hostess experience required.

Must have experience using OpenTable.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
