Help children grow. At Island Cove Behavioral Pediatrics, we believe great ABA starts with great clinicians. We are looking for a passionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Our BCBAs have the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services while working alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team. We prioritize quality of care, reasonable caseloads, collaboration, and work-life balance so our clinicians can focus on what matters most: helping children make meaningful progress.

As a BCBA at Island Cove, you will lead the clinical care of your clients while mentoring and supporting the team around them. Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans

Providing ongoing clinical supervision, feedback, and mentorship to RBTs and other clinical team members

Analyzing data and using clinical judgment to make meaningful treatment decisions

Providing parent and caregiver training and helping families implement strategies across environments

Collaborating with parents, schools, teachers, speech and occupational therapy providers, and other professionals

Supporting generalization of skills across the clinic, home, school, and community

Although your work will primarily be based in one of our clinics, our services are designed to meet children where they learn and grow.

We are looking for a BCBA who is:

Passionate about working with children and families

Committed to ethical, individualized, evidence-based ABA

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience working with children with developmental delays and/or autism spectrum disorder

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home- and school-based services
