What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and other clinical team members Monitor patient progress and treatment integrity through direct observation and data analysis Modify treatment protocols in response to patient performance and clinical needs Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary providers on treatment planning and caregiver training Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation in compliance with BACB ethical requirements and payer standard

: varies based on client needs (7-8 max) Billable hour expectations:

28-30 hours Support Structure: Collaborative BCBA meetings for mentorship and case consultation Monthly peer reviews and case consultation opportunities Administrative department to manage scheduling and documentation burdens Quarterly learning summits and clinical training events

Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary:
