Recruiter, Early Careers Recruiting

Coordinate a high volume of interviews, scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars

Post and maintain job openings on approved platforms

Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed

Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process

Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

Partner with hiring leaders to ensure smooth interview logistics

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Interest in recruiting or Talent Acquisition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
