Seabury Nurses are highly rewarded! We are searching for enthusiastic, caring team members for our Assisted Living Department. Rates begin at $40-46 per hour with additional shift and weekend differentials. Our 8 hour shifts are ideal for work-life balance. Overall great community with amazing employee perks. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule. Shift Differentials:

~2nd shift: +$3rd shift: +$Weekends: +$2.00/hr

Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.

• Adhere to current resident care plans on all residents under his/her care.
• Assess each resident daily to evaluate resident needs. Abide by resident rights.
• Follow physician's orders.
• Assume primary responsibility for complete nursing care, treatments, dressings and other physician orders.
• Transcribe physician's orders promptly and accurately.
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.
• Must be able to communicate effectively to appropriate personnel regarding emergency situations.
• Maintain a liaison with the residents, their families, support departments, etc. to adequately plan for the residents' needs.
