HR Training Facilitator

Deliver and sustain training initiatives and programs that drive retention, employee engagement and business performance, utilizing hands‑on training, classroom, on‑the‑job, e‑learning and virtual formats.

Develop documentation and materials to support learning and coach other trainers.

Support talent pipeline and leadership development programs with a commitment to inclusion.

Coordinate and track training plans for associates covering safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Train and develop training team leads and line trainers.

Coach and train others across the operation involved in hands‑on training, orientation and onboarding.

Knowledge and experience with lean, safety and quality manufacturing concepts, processes and workforce training methods.

Associate’s degree (or equivalent education and/or experience) in manufacturing, training, lean, continuous improvement, industrial safety, HR, or instructional design.

Minimum of 3 years manufacturing, logistics or industrial experience, including 2 years with training or coaching responsibilities.

Understanding of adult learning, on‑the‑job training and instructional design techniques.

A customer‑centric approach to work.

Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
