Head of Programme Management

Job Store Staffing is hiring a Program Manager for a manufacturing company in Colorado Springs, CO! Pay: $28.00-$34.00/hour DOE We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from kickoff through completion. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities Manage multiple customer programs from start to finish

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

Lead cross-functional meetings and track project timelines, risks, and deliverables

Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams

Support quoting, bids, and proposal activities

Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications 3-5 years of related program/project management experience

Manufacturing experience

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
