Join a Well-Established OB/GYN Practice in North Texas!
We re looking for a compassionate and team-oriented OB/GYN to join a thriving practice. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a supportive, collaborative group of professionals while enjoying a 4.5-day workweek and a well-balanced lifestyle in a growing North Texas community.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position
- Reasonable call schedule (1:4)
- 4.5-day workweek (Monday Friday)
- Privileging process takes approx. 2 months
- Supportive practice with backup call and surgical assist available
- CRNA-administered anesthesia available 24/7
Professional Details:
- Average 273 patient visits/month (goal)
- Average 22 deliveries/month
- 2 OBs currently on staff
- Level II Nursery
- High-risk pregnancies typically transferred at weeks (based on pediatrician discretion)
- EMR: Allscripts Professional
- Call coverage: 1:4 (in-house; confirmation needed on specifics)
- Strong hospital support with experienced CRNAs and dedicated support staff
