Description
The Barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly, service with consistent and quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company process and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards. The Barista position starts at $10.00/hour. Day shift is mornings, Afternoon shift is mid-day , we are not currently hiring for Night shift workers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and connect with each customer.
Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products.
Maintain speed of service standards during high volume periods by staying calm.
Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise.
Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion.
Manage cash drawer by following established cash handling proceedings.
Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines.
Utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush.
Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery.
Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment.
Must work one day on the weekend
Follow all opening, midday, and closing procedures.
Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking work stations, food, supplies, and merchandise.
Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer.
All other duties assigned by management.
