AUTOMOTIVE RECEPTIONIST

Schedule Repairs and Service for the Body Shop Operate a computer. Operate office equipment. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. One to three years related experience and/or training. Takes messages, if requested by the caller, including full name, time of call, reason for call and return number. For general inquiries, provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information. Updates and distributes company telephone roster. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information. May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
