Advocacy Attorney

We are a well-established defense firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Walnut Creek . Our practice covers a broad range of sophisticated litigation matters including complex commercial disputes, environmental actions, employment litigation, and class actions . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives on variety and wants to handle meaningful, high-stakes litigation in a collaborative environment with strong mentorship and reasonable billable expectations .
Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and briefs with precision and advocacy.
Collaborate with experienced litigators, including attorneys with BigLaw backgrounds , to develop case strategy and refine litigation skills.

10+ years of litigation experience .

• Experience in complex commercial, employment, environmental, or class action litigation is preferred but not required.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling a diverse civil litigation practice is highly valued.
• Attorneys with BigLaw training are encouraged to apply, though it is not required.
• The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 , plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses . 100% employer-paid medical insurance
