Shift Type: Day 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00) - Schedule: Mon-Fri; Cases: All surgical subspecialties except cardiac; Site Charting System: EPIC

Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 17 ORs

Facility prefers availability at least 1 week per month; Pediatric Anesthesia Board Certified

Locum must participate in MOCA
