Physician led non-profit Health System seeks 2 Anesthesiologists - 1 general and 1 cardiac - 2 hours east of Dallas TX! and 2 hours from Little Rock Arkansas Caring and warm Texas town - words cant describe how wonderful and welcoming these people are! - This role:
- 17 CRNAs
- $686k base salary for cardiac - doing own cases
- $650k for general
- $10k quality bonuses, 700k package
- you can do both general or cardiac, or both
- 1:3 call
- MD led, not-for-profit organization
- The area s preferred multi-specialty medical group
- Over 1400 physicians and advance practice providers representing 41 specialties in 82 clinic locations throughout 3 states
- A physician-led group with its own board of directors
- All leaders are paired with physicians in all decision making
- BC/BE
- H1B visa sponsorship
