Warehouse AssociateLocation: 3 Little Pigs - Distribution Center (Keyco) | Hanover Township, PA Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM–7:30 PM Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.Join Our VillageWe are looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our Distribution Center team in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania.As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in keeping products moving safely and accurately—from receiving and inventory to picking, staging, and shipping customer orders.This is more than a warehouse position. It is an opportunity to build valuable skills, grow within the organization, and progress through our Warehouse Associate.What You'll DoReceive & Manage InventoryReceive and verify incoming materials and finished products.Maintain accurate inventory transactions, transfers, adjustments, and lot traceability in E21.Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory discrepancy investigations.Store and rotate products using FIFO and proper food-handling practices.Pick, Stage & Ship OrdersPick and prepare orders accurately according to customer and shipping requirements.Stage and verify products for shipment.Complete warehouse and shipment transactions accurately in E21.Prepare products with correct labels and required documentation.Safely load and move products to support complete and on-time shipments.Work Safely & Protect Product QualityMaintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse.Follow company GMP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.Safely operate authorized forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment.Complete equipment inspections and promptly report safety, damage, or maintenance concerns.Properly handle and protect products in refrigerated and cold-storage environments.Wear all required PPE.Maintain Accuracy & DocumentationComplete warehouse records and system transactions accurately and on time.Maintain documentation supporting receiving, shipping, inventory control, and product traceability.Identify and escalate damaged products, quantity discrepancies, system issues, and documentation concerns.Help maintain the Distribution Center's audit readiness.Work as a TeamPartner with Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, Production, and other teams to keep products and materials moving efficiently.Communicate priorities, issues, and exceptions to the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor.Support warehouse organization, transfers, peak-volume needs, and continuous improvement initiatives.Demonstrate our Village Gourmet Core Values every day.What We're Looking ForEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Warehouse, logistics, distribution, food manufacturing, or cold-storage experience preferred.Experience with inventory control, receiving, picking, staging, shipping, or FIFO practices is a plus.SkillsStrong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.Basic math, counting, labeling, and documentation skills.Ability to safely operate authorized warehouse equipment.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.Strong teamwork, communication, organization, reliability, and problem-solving skills.TechnologyBasic computer skills required.ERP or warehouse management system experience preferred.E21 experience preferred.Basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills preferred.CertificationsForklift/powered industrial truck certification is required when assigned to operate applicable equipment.
