Wellness Nurse (RN)

At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Wellness Nurse RN, you oversee resident health, strengthen clinical systems, and support medication safety and regulatory compliance across the community.

Perform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trends

Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns

Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation

Partner with families, physicians, and the Resident Care Director

Promote infection control and survey readiness

Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff

You serve as a proactive clinical resource preventing decline through assessment, early intervention, and strong documentation oversight.

Active RN license in good standing

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting
• Strong assessment, regulatory, and communication skills
