Position Overview As an Enrollment Counselor at Galen College of Nursing, you will assist prospective students through the process of making informed decisions to meet their educational goals. The counselor serves as the main point of contact for students throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities Follow up on inquiries through phone calls, emails, web chat, and social media platforms.

Utilize Recruit and Colleague to input data and document follow-up with prospective students.

Ensure students are oriented to program expectations and policies.

Verifying all pre-requisite rules are met, including immunizations and background screenings.

Understand and maintain current knowledge of college policies and processes and relevant accrediting and regulatory agency guidelines.

Confident presence and customer-friendly demeanor.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
