Accounting Bookkeeper - Temporary to Full Time

Randstad is partnering with a respected local non-profit organization in the Downingtown area to find an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for a detailed-oriented accounting professional looking to lend their expertise to a mission-driven environment with a predictable, full-time day schedule.

Location: Downingtown, PA (On-site)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: Part-Time to Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
24 - $28 per hour
shift: Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
Perform routine monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records of fund accounting, grants, or non-profit revenue streams.
Assist with month-end closing activities and audit preparations.
Ensure all financial records align with non-profit compliance guidelines.
