Dietitians for Healthcare Dietitian

Role: The Chief Clinical Dietitian (RD) is responsible for assessing and monitoring residents' nutritional status, developing care plans, and evaluating their needs regarding nutrition support, skin breakdown, and weight issues.
Key Duties: Coordinate procurement of nutrition supplies
monitor meal service adherence to diet modifications
educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition
evaluate care plan effectiveness
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
ensure compliance with regulations
review menu changes
update diet orders
supervise dietary staff
and conduct quality audits.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be a Registered Dietitian with a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills are required, along with knowledge of relevant regulations. Proficiency with EMR software and computer-based menu systems is essential.
