We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support our global activity, with a strong focus on Corporate Services and other indirect categories. This role will partner closely with cross function stakeholders including, Finance teams, Security teams Legal team, and other internal stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and value creation while ensuring compliance with company policies and US market regulations.
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for administering and leading competitive bidding processes (RFPs), negotiating commercial terms (pricing and contractual), proposal analysis, commercial reports issuance, and evaluating and selecting suppliers in accordance with company policies primarily in the areas of Business & 3rd party Services Procurement for company needs.
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for multiple procurement projects at one time.
Formulates requests for proposal/quotations/information, bid analysis, tenders, and risk evaluations. Administers and leads cross-functional teams through the competitive bidding process, directs supplier negotiations, develops, evaluates, and selects suppliers in accordance with company policies
Responsible for negotiation of contracts to minimize operational, legal, and financial risks. Collaborates with both internal and external legal counsel, as applicable.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; Minimum of 5 years of professional procurement experience, with mandatory expertise in corporate services (Security, telecom, cleaning and maintenance, etc.), Proven expertise in procurement processes, negotiation skills, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Solid knowledge of business and third-party services purchasing, with a strong commercial focus on project-based contracts and service requirements.
Experience working in a high-performance, complex organizational environment with multiple systems and stakeholders, including compliance, safety, quality, and environmental management.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated professional with excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Strong computer proficiency, including advanced use of Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with the ZIP procurement system is preferred.
