We specialize in custom renovations, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor living spaces, and expert carpentry. WES-TEX Construction & Remodeling is seeking a dependable Carpenter to join our team. This position works on a variety of residential remodeling and construction projects while delivering quality workmanship and maintaining a safe, organized job site. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well with others, and enjoys building projects that exceed client expectations.
Perform residential carpentry work for remodeling and construction projects
Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
Read and interpret basic construction drawings and project plans
Assist with demolition, site preparation, and material handling as needed
Work closely with the Superintendent and team members to complete projects on schedule
Communicate professionally with coworkers and homeowners while on-site
Previous carpentry or residential construction experience preferred
Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment
Understanding of framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work
Full-time, W-2 employment
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour , based on experience
Overtime opportunities may be available based on project workload
Health, dental, and vision insurance are not currently offered
