The Role at a Glance We are looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic chef manager to join our School Dining team in Richmond. As a chef manager, you will have the opportunity to ensure that students & faculty receive delicious, healthy food during every service.

What You’ll Be Doing Addressing customer service needs.

Helping to hire and train new staff, and attending training sessions and meetings when required.

Assisting in the purchase of food and designing of menus.

What We’re Looking For Must-haves At least one year of prior experience working in a kitchen focused on cooking from scratch.

Ability to manage your own schedule and schedules of others.

Nice-to-haves Prior management experience, preferably in a culinary environment.
