Proposal & Content Specialist II

As a Proposal & Content Management Specialist 2 , you will join our Marketing & Communications team working from any of our office locations, where you’ll play a key role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the Northeast. Working with industry experts, you’ll tackle complex challenges that strengthen community resilience and advance environmental sustainability. Our Marketing & Communications Team and Projects

Our team is made up of experts in operations, proposals, content development and management, and communications. These specialists collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the organization, playing a key role in shaping pursuit strategies and securing exciting new projects. Provide support in the development, coordination, and production of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and related collateral materials

Create, maintain, and manage staff resumes, project write-up, and other related collateral materials

Assist with the organization and maintenance of proposal resources, templates, and content libraries to improve efficiency and consistency

Work on long-term projects and strategic initiatives, as assigned, that support team and firm objectives.

A BA or BS degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or another related field

Excellent writing, collaboration, and verbal communication skills
