Instructor - management development

Kearney is seeking an Adjunct Contingency Instructor that will provide senior-level training development and delivery for contingency operations, financial management readiness, and operational training programs.

Develop, update, and deliver Silver Flag training curriculum

Conduct readiness training for financial management personnel

Create training materials, lesson plans, and assessments

Coordinate with training stakeholders and operational units

Maintain training compliance and evaluate program effectiveness

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 10 years of training or readiness experience

Experience developing and delivering training to federal or military personnel

Must have an active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. Employment at Kearney means a flexible, collaborative, and open-minded work environment. The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
