Human Resources Generalist (Flexible Full-Time)

We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, early intervention, and more. Benchmark is looking for an on-site Human Resources (HR) Generalist for our Fort Wayne, IN office. This full-time position requires a positive person who demonstrates strong leadership skills, and the ability to multitask multiple responsibilities at once.

Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, and professional licensure.

Ensure compliance to all HR regulations and responsibilities.

Facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred

At least 2 years of experience working in HR

HRIS experience preferred
