Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd
Pay: $21-30/hr, DOE
BlueWorx is seeking mid-level and high-level CNC Machinists to join a highly skilled manufacturing team in Tulsa. This is not your typical machine shop position. Machinists here work on complex, high-precision components using some of the most advanced CNC equipment in the industry.

What You’ll Do
Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines
Load parts, fixtures, and tooling accurately
Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specifications
Perform full machine setups including:
Loading fixtures and tooling
Selecting and loading programs
Setting work coordinates and tool offsets
First article inspection and adjustments
Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators to verify tolerances
Select proper materials and tooling for each job
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
Maintain high quality standards while meeting production goals
Manage and maintain your work center efficiently
What We’re Looking For
3+ years CNC machining experience
Experience running multi-axis machines
Experience with HAAS vertical mills preferred
Strong ability to read blueprints and GD&T
Experience with machine setup and tool offsets
Ability to meet production run times and adjust quickly
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Reliable and team-oriented mindset
