Overview CNC Machinists Wanted HireCall is hiring CNC Machinists for 2nd and weekend shifts to join a busy and highly skilled team at our climate-controlled facility. Experience: Required 2+ years in CNC Shifts: 2nd: 4:30 pm - 3 am Monday through Thursday 3rd: (weekend) 6 am - 6 pm Friday through Sunday This isn’t your average machine shop job — our machinists work on complex, high-precision parts using some of the most advanced equipment in the industry. If you have experience operating Doosan, bridge mills, Okuma, Mazak, HAAS this might be the job for you. 2nd Shift Large Okuma VTL – 5-axis vertical turning lathe, OSP controls (High skill) HAAS VF-9 – Vertical 3-axis mill, HAAS controls (Mid to High skill) MAZAK e-1250 – 5-axis VTL with 8-pallet system, SMOOTH AI controls (Mid to High skill) MAZAK Versatech V140/360 – Large bridge mill, 5-axis, SMOOTH AI controls (Mid to High skill) 3rd Shift Large SNK RBF 250F2 Bridge Mill – 5-axis, Fanuc controls (Mid to High skill) Large Mitsubishi MVR35 Bridge Mill – (Mid to High skill) Doosan HP 5100 (500mm) – 12-pallet horizontal mill, dedicated setup, Fanuc controls (Mid skill) MAZAK Integrex i500 – 5-axis twin spindle mill/turn, SMOOTH AI controls (High skill) MAZAK e-1250 – 5-axis VTL with 8-pallet system, SMOOTH AI controls (Mid to High skill) What You Will Do Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision. Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tools accurately. Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specifications, and machining instructions. Perform complete machine setups, including loading fixtures, selecting programs, and setting work/tool offsets. Inspect first articles and production parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators. Identify and select the correct materials for each job. Troubleshoot programming or operational issues in real time. Maintain your work center for organization, speed, and quality. Requirements CNC machining experience, including multi-axis machines. Experience running vertical mills preferred. Ability to read blueprints and interpret tight tolerances. Proven reliability and accountability. Strong problem-solving mindset and self-driven attitude. Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
