CNC Machinist Pay: $18.00 per hour Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74012 Shift: Day Shift (hours may vary) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 125137 Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing team in Broken Arrow, OK. This hands‑on machining role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC equipment to produce precision parts while maintaining quality and production standards. Required Experience & Skills Basic CNC machining knowledge or experience (REQUIRED) Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong attention to detail and commitment to part quality and accuracy Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability Work independently and as part of a production team Stay productive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions Load materials, install tooling, and adjust machine settings as needed Monitor machine performance to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances Perform basic machine adjustments including offsets, tool changes, and minor edits Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools Identify and report machine issues, defects, or quality concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards Follow all workplace safety procedures and shop policies Preferred Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience Experience with mills, lathes, or multi‑axis CNC equipment Familiarity with G‑code programming Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining best practices Quality control or inspection experience Work Environment Industrial manufacturing / machine shop environment Exposure to machine noise, oils, cutting tools, metal materials, and production equipment Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement PPE required in all operational areas Why You'll Want This Opportunity Stable day shift opportunity Temp‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential Great fit for entry‑to‑mid‑level CNC machinists Opportunity to grow machining skills in a production environment Hands‑on role with steady work and advancement potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
