Key Responsibilities\n In your role as an LCSW, you will engage in a variety of clinical tasks aimed at addressing the mental health needs of your clients. Conducting thorough clinical assessments that involve gathering detailed information about the patient’s mental health history, current emotional state, and treatment goals. \Administering a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress. \Maintaining accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information. \Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide coordinated care, attending regular case consultations and peer review meetings for continued learning and improvement. \Empowering patients and their families through education about mental health issues, therapy options, and available community resources. \Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research and integrating this knowledge into practice to enhance therapeutic outcomes. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will involve a diverse array of patients, ranging from children to elderly individuals, each facing unique mental health challenges.
